Meetings of the Board of Directors

FREQUENCY

Meetings are held monthly on the second Thursday convening at 10:00 a.m., unless otherwise posted by action of the Board. Business to be considered for the Board's agenda should be directed to the District Secretary at least one week prior to the meeting to allow for posting requirements.

Items requiring Board action are to be submitted to the District Secretary a minimum of 10 days in advance of the meeting in order to be included in the published Agenda. Encroachment Forms and Regulations are located under the "Encroachment Permitting" tab. Inquiries may be directed to the District Secretary at info@balmd.org or 916-776-9121. Agendas for upcoming meetings will be posted a minimum of 72 hours prior to the meeting.
