Meeting of the Board of Directors

The next Stated Meeting is scheduled for Thursday, September 11, 2025 convening at 10:00 a.m. to conduct the business of the District.

Location: District Office, 310 Second Street, Isleton, California.

Items requiring Board action are to be submitted to the District Secretary a minimum of 10 days in advance of the meeting in order to be included in the published Agenda. Encroachment Forms and Regulations are located under the "Encroachment Permitting" tab. Inquiries may be directed to the District Secretary at info@balmd.org or 916-776-9121. Agendas for upcoming meetings will be posted a minimum of 72 hours prior to the meeting.

The District is now accepting Nominations. Forms are available here and are to be filed with the District Secretary, who is also available for Questions by emailng INFO@BALMD.ORG.  FILING DEADLINE is 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 11, 2025.
