Meeting of the Board of Directors

The next Stated Meeting is scheduled for Thursday, May 14, 2026 convening at 10:00 a.m. to conduct the business of the District.   Location: District Office, 310 Second Street, Isleton, California.

Items requiring Board action are to be submitted to the District Secretary a minimum of 10 days in advance of the meeting in order to be included in the published Agenda. Encroachment Forms and Regulations are located under the "Encroachment Permitting" tab. Inquiries may be directed to the District Secretary at info@balmd.org or 916-776-9121. Agendas for upcoming meetings will be posted a minimum of 72 hours prior to the meeting.

NOTICE OF BOARD MEMBER VACANCY AND INTENT TO FILL VACANCY BY APPOINTMENT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT  Brannan-Andrus Levee Maintenance District (BALMD) has a vacancy on the Board of Directors, effective March 31, 2026, due to the resignation of Harvey Correia, representing Reclamation District 2067,  whose four-year term is due to expire with the November 2027 General Election; and, at which time, under statutory procedures established in California Government Code Section 1780, will be subject to election.  Pursuant to said codes, the remaining Directors intend to interview applicants, selected according to the procedures set forth below, and consider appointment at their May 14, 2026 stated meeting to fill the unexpired term currently vacated.  (see link for full text of Notice)
